BDF Design is a small shop in Cottage Grove, Oregon, run by me, Brock. I’ve spent my career as an engineer designing products. These days I also design and build things in my own shop for the stuff I actually do: fishing, boating, flying drones, working around the property, and occasionally just having fun.

Most of what’s here started the same way. I needed something that didn’t exist, or the version I could buy didn’t hold up, so I designed my own. I modeled it in CAD, printed and tested it, used it, and refined it. When it worked well enough that friends started asking for one, it went in the store.

That’s why the lineup is a little eclectic. You’ll find downrigger accessories and lure holders that came off my boat, a hard case built around the DJI Mini 4 Pro, wall organizers for Bosch 12V tools, and a few just-for-fun items like Croc Spurs.

Everything is designed, tested, and made here in Oregon, in small batches, by the same person who answers your email. If something isn’t right with your order, or you have an idea for something you wish existed, get in touch. I read every message.
